Joe at Joes Automotive was top notch, called in for a safety for my vehicle and Joe squeezed me in the next day. Dropped the vehicle off about 9 and at about 1 , called me and explained what had to be done, he worked on it until after closing about 5:30. Joe explained what the safety issues were and showed me the faulty parts ,went through the invoice and explained everything. I highly recommend Joe as he is fair and honest. It was a pleasure to deal with Joe and his employees, answered all my questions and explained everything and why it was a safety concern. I will not hesitate to use Joe in the future.

Joe offers a friendly professional and personal service. Came for an oil change and mentioned my trunk was broken. He was resourceful enough to find a cheaper provider for the part required and got me in so he could fix it. When I came back to fix it I mentioned that a lightbulb was burnt out in the one headlight and he fixed it and polished the older headlight too. He talks to you like a person and makes conversation while he works with you and listens. Personal service like this is exactly what Port Colborne needs and accuratly reflects our small cities values.
