Filled up on Tuesday May13. On Wednesday my car broke down and the shop said it's bad gas. I have all the documentation. Tried calling but phone number doesn't work. The dealership told me I'm not the first car to have bad gas from here. I will be seeking compusation. Shell is refusing to pay for the damages. If a lawyer or the paper or the news can reach out please do.
I waited 30 minutes in line for the car wash and it said nothing about having to pre-pay and get a code from the gas station so I waited behind 6 cars for nothing. I am so frustrated that I wasted my time. They could use better advertising so it’s clear what steps you have to take prior to waiting in line. I don’t normally feel the need to write about things like this but that is not how you run a business. Huge big fat waste of my time.
Pulled into gas station during a work day in Port Colborne Ontario, gas was about $1.53 on sign. Pulled up to a pump with a sign saying all out of premium gas but I just wanted regular. There was a truck there and I assumed it was the premium gas so I paid for my gas only to find out all tanks were empty. The guy working there, probably the owner as I have spoke to him a few times now, was outside with the gas truck guys. He yelled over to wait 10 minutes for gas. I didn't have ten minutes. So I went in for a refund. Guy refused saying it was my fault and takei it up with my bank. He also left me waiting about five minutes to ask for a refund. Terrible way to do business. This station needs to be shut down. He acts like we all have money to throw away. I will post reviews and tell everyone to avoid theis station. I can't stress enough how badly I was treated. I would give zero stars if I could. I want my money back. I should add that he put the big sign to zero after I paid then lied saying I need to look. It just kept getting worse.
The car wash here has gone downhill drastically since new ownership. It's a shame to see. Previous owners kept it in prestine condition. It's not maintained at all.
This is such a great gas station. Wonderful customer service. The staff is so friendly. I had help putting windshield washer fluid in my vehicle, and he helped make sure I got the right one for winter temperatures. Thank you guys for all your help!
Once again a very good customer experience with Jas and another staff member. These folks really know how to make a customer feel at home. The station is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. lots of room to move around..no clutter at all. Great feeling to be greeted with smiles and a friendly hello....it's my station for what I need...thanks for the GREAT service....all the best and Merry Christmas.
This Shell Gas Station is on point. All newly renovated with a superb touch less car wash. Friendly staff and a free coffee on offer (limited time for grand opening). They have self wash bays as well (haven’t used as of yet). A solid bet for getting your car clean and prices start at $7 with gas purchase. Diesel pump at separate island very convenient for commercial vehicles. Will certainly be back.
