Restaurant is amazing. Filled with amazing art and a spacious patio. Food was perfect and service was amazing. After travelling all day they were, at a moments notice, they were able to accommodate us in their premier loft rooms above the restaurant. This loft #5 is very large and has a charm fit for our wedding anniversary.
Just enjoyed a meal at the Canalside. The establishment is small but they were only too happy to push an extra table together to accommodate us. The lovely lady who appeared to be running the front of the house was super friendly and polite. The meal took a bit of time but everything was hot and delicious. We had a party of five and each of us had something different. We all were very happy with everything on the plate.
Stayed in room #4 and it was absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable, spacious, everything we needed plus more! The view of the canal was great. The kitchen was a great bonus too! Mini fridge, sink, microwave, even pots and pans with a heat plate. No complaints whatsoever! 10/10 would stay again.
This is very charming gem. The floors are old hardwood and the walls are brick. The decor is nautical and there are so many unique things to look at. The deck is right on the canal. The food was good and the beer was awesome. The service was slow so if you're in a hurry this isn't the place to go. But if you have time to enjoy, then this is the place!
This is a charming restaurant with exposed brick work and a lovely detailed ceiling of tin. Service is friendly and fast but stay as long as you like, you are not rushed out. Stay and enjoy the view through the open front doors. And sometimes there is live entertainment. Your meal is freshly prepared and delivered to your table nice and hot. A great place to get together with friends and I will be visiting again.
