If I could give zero Stars, it would be way more fitting! I don't live in this city, but I have attempted to contact a human being that would answer the phone for the past 35 minutes. You would think that somebody is at City Hall working, and would answer the phone! I'd love to know who the genius was that set up their phone system. Nonetheless, this is a crappy service I've ever encountered when trying to call a city hall.
