I had a great experience today at Tiretrackers. From the moment I walked in, Cody at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was extremely friendly and welcoming. Cody.T in the shop did an amazing job installing new winter tires for me. He worked efficiently and made sure I didnt have to wait long, the moment I got there my car was taken in right away and my wait time was minimal. I really appreciate your work Cody! Floyd the owner was very kind and welcoming, I'm very pleased to say you have an amazing team! Overall, the service was excellent, the staff were professional and welcoming, and I left feeling satisfied. I highly recommend Tiretrackers to anyone looking for quality tire services and great customer care. Such a positive experience today with Floyd and his team at Tire Tracker. I called at 8 just as they opened, got an appointment for 9:30 and my tire was patched by 10. Floyd greeted me by name when I came in. I had my 16 month old son so my plan was to go for a walk but this facility is KID FRIENDLY! Colouring books, plush toys and remote control cars to keep kids busy. It was so enjoyable for my little guy and I while we waited. Such friendly service. Genuinely good people who care about their customers. There were two gentleman in front of me who were also getting their tires patched. Both of them did not need to pay because they had purchased their tires from Tire Tracker. First patch on the house, such a nice gesture. My service only cost $35. Highly recommend. Will be telling anyone I know who needs tire repair to come here!

Came all the way from Toronto to buy set of OEM 2025 dodge ram rims from Floyd. Hands down service was pretty smooth Very nice guy. He had great guys that works for him. They are far be the best its a worth of a drive. I highly recommend this shop tiretrackers.
I would like to share a great experience that I had with Tiretrackers today, Floyd very kindly helped me out when I was in a bind! My car battery died earlier this week and I chalked it up to leaving something on and was waiting on a callback to get it looked at. Today the battery died at a plaza in town and wouldn’t take a boost from another vehicle. I called a few local places and no one was able to help; CAA wouldn’t do a single service call without a membership etc. I called Tiretrackers not knowing that they really only do tires and explained my situation. I asked if he could recommend a local tow truck and hearing my baby in the background, Floyd said they didn’t do batteries but he would find a way to help me out. Floyd called a local tow truck for me and sent them my way. Once I was at Tiretrackers they didn’t end up having the right battery so he personally went and purchased one for me at the local auto parts place. He allowed me to buy the battery at cost and charged me a negligible amount for his time despite me arguing that it should be more. I was so grateful for the help and kindness and will absolutely be giving Tiretrackers my business in the future!
I had a slow leak in one of my tires and due to my work hours it was difficult to make the time to get my tire repaired. After reaching out to Floyd, he told me he would come pick up my car (I work locally), fix it then drop it back off to me. I call this red carpet service. He went out of his way to help. I can't say enough of how much I appreciated his gesture. I highly recommend this business.
